Helping parents discover kid-friendly spots through community-powered mapping
Tribumap is a free mobile app designed to help parents discover and share kid-friendly spots in their neighborhoods. As a co-founder and designer, I shaped the product from the ground up — from concept and UX research to interface design and launch.
The app lets parents browse an interactive map filtered by family amenities: changing tables, high chairs, child menus, play areas and more. Reviews are displayed in your preferred language, making the app useful across borders.
Tribumap is built on a community model: parents add their favorite spots, tag amenities, and write reviews to help other families. Currently available in Paris and Amsterdam, the app is expanding to new cities.
My role covered the full product design process: user research, UX strategy, interface design, and iterative testing with real parent communities.
