Innovative digital experience combining design and technology

In partnership with:

Wide & Far is a local multiplayer game built during the Gaîté Lyrique game jam, where the constraint was contrast. We took that literally: two players share a split screen but navigate at radically different scales — one tiny, one enormous — and must find each other before time runs out.

Playing with gamepads, each player sees a completely different world and has to read visual cues to figure out where the other one is. Starting positions are randomized each game for replayability.

Made with Alexis Moroz (game design) and Charles Klipfel (design), I handled the development. The game was one of the jam's winners.
